VSI Series Vertical shaft Impact Crusher
The VSI crusher is a high speed vertical rotor crusher designed to process high specification cubical or fine sand material at a maximum capacity by centrifugal force either against a high wear resistant breaker plate or a bed of rock in the upper chamber on the outer frame of the crusher. This machine has high crushing ratios, variable gradation control with a non-plugging crushing chamber.
The main frame is a high quality steel fabrication fitted with a forged high tensile steel shaft, complete with impeller-type rotor and fitted with international standard roller bearings. It is Vee-rope driven by adjustable single or double electric motors through cast iron drive pulley.
The rotor-impellers, impact-anvils, tub and lid liners are manufactured from high quality wear resistant steel and are easily replaceable.
